What is the most common names for girls and boys in your country?

My name is Carmen,is that popular anywhere?

What is the most common names for girls and boys in your country?
In the UK, its Jack, and Jessica (I think just replaced Chloe).


There is about 4 Jacks in my class, and i know a Jess, but no Chloes, and have never heard anyone called those names you just said, except Karen and David

I don't think Carmen is common. Unique!

Girl: Jennifer/Jenny

Reply:I am hispanic and my Mom had an Aunt Carmen. I remember one little girl named Carmen when I was young, she was hispanic also. I beleive the name has ethnic roots. What country are you from?
Reply:There seems to be a lot of Sarah and Phil but Carmen is an pretty unique name.

thjere are so many, i am guessing carmen is popular among hispanics i hear that a lot!!!
Reply:In the US it's Michael and Kaitlin. Have had many of these in my first grade classes.
